Unytite, Inc. (UIL)

Established in 1986, Unytite, Inc., operates from a modern 200,000 sq. ft. facility in Peru, Illinois, just 90 miles west of Chicago. Designed for efficiency and versatility, this facility enables products like our TC Assemblies to be 100% manufactured in the USA with domestically sourced material. To increase our capabilities, we constructed a new facility in LaSalle, Illinois, in 2015 for the dedicated production of hot-formed nuts.  As a core member of the Unytite Group, Unytite, Inc., exemplifies the synergy of American manufacturing expertise and global engineering innovation.

Fastener Link, Inc. (FLI)

Fastener Link, Inc., was incorporated in Houston by Norio “Nick” Hasegawa and was acquired by Unytite in 2022. Since 1994, Fastener Link has consistently provided the highest quality nuts to the oil and gas industry and has created a special role in the market by offering various grades of US-manufactured and non-China-manufactured nuts. Fastener Link holds a large inventory of A194 Heavy Hex Nuts, including the grades of 2H, 2HM, 7L, and more.

Founded in 1946, Unytite Corporation has grown from a specialized manufacturer of large hot-forged bolts for the shipbuilding industry, into a global leader in precision fastening solutions. With the headquarters located in a 220,000 sq. ft. facility in Kobe, Japan, Unytite has continually evolved to meet the demands of modern industry.  From our roots in bolt and nut forging to our current role as a trusted partner in advanced manufacturing, Unytite remains committed to innovation, quality, and performance.

Foshan Unytite Precision Corporation (FUP)

Established in 2005, Foshan Unytite Precision Corporation (FUP) was our first company located in China. Initially starting with the production of forging dies, it has now expanded to conduct machining on forged parts.

Foshan Unytite Forging Corporation (FUF)

Foshan Unytite Forging Corporation (FUF), established in 2010, has the cold-forming abilities necessary to supply parts to the automotive and construction industries.

Suzhou Unytite Precision Co., Ltd. (SUP)

Suzhou Unytite Precision Co., Ltd. (SUP) handles products of the Unytite Group. Founded in 2011, SUP functions as a warehouse and operates a supply system that supports the manufacturers of heavy machinery, construction equipment, and machine tools.
